On March 7, 2022, the two PEM electrolysis plants, each with a capacity of 2.5 MW, were brought to the Rhine-Main region. The 40' containers and the recooler each generate up to 90 kg of high-purity hydrogen per hour and will be used in the future to supply railcar trains powered by fuel cells. The maintenance-friendly design according to industrial standards and the process control and rectifier technology based on decades of experience will optimally support the required high availability.
